Question about ethernet between two buildings with different power sources? Networking.I will end this question with a corny joke: "Do you want to hear a pizza joke? Nah, it's too cheesy." :) I'm waiting on a response.ĭoes any one have any possible suggestions while I wait? I'm grasping at straws. I checked for any common denominator piece of software that might be allowing it to work on my laptop and not the others. I tried uninstalling everything related to apple, reiboot, and reinstalling. Besides the hardware drivers being different, everything else is identically mirrored the same way. My laptop is a Dell Elitebook 8460p with Windows 7. The funny part is I installed the software on my personal laptop and it worked great. I tested the software on six Windows 7 machines which are Dell Optiplex 760's. No errors are showing up in Event Viewer. I tried stopping the install and opening the reiboot application because it does say it installed, but it just starts the installation endless loop all over again. The application will close for 2 seconds after it is done and then it starts the install over again. The software installs all the apple related products like itunes for example and the reiboot software, but it just keeps doing this forever in a loop. The issue I'm having is it is going through an endless loop during the installation process. This new application called REIBOOT was tried out by the higher ups, went through approval, and finally it ended up in my hands for further testing. The company I work with helps process apple related products.
